Proper preparation ensures a safe and enjoyable trek. Here's what we recommend:
Physical Fitness
Start training 2-3 months before your trek. Regular hiking, cardio, and strength training will help you handle altitude and terrain.
Altitude Acclimatization
Our itineraries are designed for gradual altitude gain. Stay hydrated and communicate any symptoms to your guide.
What to Bring
Sturdy hiking boots, layered clothing, rain gear, sunscreen, and personal items. We'll provide a detailed packing list.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering helicopter evacuation is required for high-altitude treks.
